Public Housing Program

NRHA owns and manages two public housing developments - Woodland Apartments in Yancey County and Cub Creek Apartments in Wilkes County. Federal funding through this program enables the PHA to provide decent and safe assisted rental housing to eligible low-income, elderly, and disabled families and individuals.
